Champagne

In Champagne we explored vineyard trails through villages that seem to be only a kilometre or so apart, each with their own church and bells that proclaim the hours. And we drank champgne after we'd explored (by train) one of the huge underground cellars beneath the town of Epernay - there are hundreds of kms of tunnels altogether.
