Trier, Germany

Jew Alley (Judentor)

The central square of Trier (Hauptmarkt) in Germany was a great spot to sit with a coffee and people-watch but there was a lot more to the town. It was founded by the Romans so there are quite a few Roman ruins, and the churches are awe-inspiring as well. Our room was right near the Nigra Gate with views over the town to the church spires and only a stone's throw from a delightful restaurant.
