LA

This was our first impression of LA - the view from our motel window.

We picked up our hire car the next morning and headed north as soon as we could.

Today has been fantastic - black bears, humming birds, King Canyon and giant Sequoias - but I'll have to tell you all about it later because I've just managed to actually upload a photo to the blog by installing Google Chrome on my android. The browser that came with it just wouldn't do it no matter what I tried. Very frustrating but I'm in business now, thank goodness.

Tomorrow we're going to Yosemite.
